Bountiful Reunions At Xin Cuisine

Kick off the reunion dinner with yee sang featuring an assortment of abalone, jellyfish and fruits.  Chef Wong Pak Seng ensures guests will be enjoy feasting this festive period with his festive menus that are set to please the palate. 

‘Loh hei’ to prosperity and longevity. Choose from fruity yee sang, jelly fish yee sang, fresh salmon with snow pear yee sang and abalone yee sang. Prices range from RM98.00 nett – RM148.00 nett per order (small/large). Prosperity Menus

Select from our three (3) new year set menus – *Fortune (RM1,688.00 nett), Happiness (RM2,088.00 nett) or Prosperous (RM2,288.00 nett).

The *Fortune set lunch/dinner menu comprises prosperity yee sang followed by mouth-watering festive dishes such as shredded abalone dried scallop soup, Hong Kong style roasted chicken, steamed fresh dragon grouper with ginger wine, stir-fried prawn with Szechuan style, braised pork knuckle with dried oyster and black moss, fragrant waxed meat rice, double-boiled snow pear and white fungus with hawthorn and two varieties of Chinese pastries. (RM1,688.00 nett menu is not applicable on eve of Chinese New Year (January 21)

Reunion Poon Choy

Here is a staple dish for the auspicious new year! Poon choy in Cantonese (when translated means ‘basin dish’), is a wonder pot, full of decadent Chinese New Year delicacies like seafood, meats and vegetables.

This year, Xin presents its special poon choy consists of pork knuckle, abalone, dried scallop, dried oyster, sea cucumber, fish maw, prawn, roasted chicken, roasted pork, mushroom, lotus root, Chinese long cabbage, white radish, yam, black moss and beancurd skin.

For dine-in, poon choy is available at RM848.00 nett per order while guests can also choose to takeaway poon choy at RM798.00 nett per order.

Waxed Meat

Whenever Chinese New Year is around the corner, one particular dish will always find its way into the welcoming households of the Chinese. This delightful dish is called lap mei fan or Chinese preserved meat claypot rice. Enjoy this delicacy – a comfort food for the soul.

Choose waxed meat rice in claypot, wok-fried rice with Chinese sausage or steamed mixed waxed meat. Prices range from RM40.00 nett – RM138.00 nett per order, choose from small, medium or large portions.
