Nestcon had accepted a letter of award from Armada Istimewa Sdn. Bhd. for undertaking the construction of a 47-storey mixed commercial development in KL worth RM200 million.
The job entails the completion of earthworks, piling and pile caps, retaining wall, substructure, main building works and infrastructure works for the development project undertaken by the client in respect of the construction of 47-storey mixed commercial development comprising 320 units of serviced apartment and 354 units of strata office with facilities, podium car park, shops, and restaurants/bars to be erected on the lands held Jalan Liew Weng Chee, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
The nature of the business of Armada Istimewa is principally involved in real estate activities with owned or leased property. The contract sum is worth RM200 million to complete the work within 41 months including the mobilisation period, and all festival and public holidays and is expected to be completed on or before 16 June 2026.
The defect liability period of the Contract Works is 27 months from the date of the Certificate of Practical Completion of the Contract Works.
