Creador Chief Brahmal Resigns From Mr DIY Board After Disposing Shares

Malaysia’s investment Midas, Bhahmal Vasudevan of Creador his investment arm is no longer a representative of Mr. DIY’s board after disposing of his shares in the hardware chain.

Brahmal who was instrumental in charting the group’s roadmap toward accelerated growth recently announced his exit after cashing out his investment through Hyptis Ltd. He sold his entire stake of 4.92% for RM664 million.

He joined the board in August 2018 holding office for 3 years and 7 months, Mr.DIY was listed on the main market of Bursa on October 2020 and was one of the biggest IPO in Malaysia.
