Rapid KL has extended the operation time for LRT, MRT, and Monorail this Saturday to 1:30 am for major routes heading into the city in an effort to give passengers more Aidiltifri shopping time.
The extended stations for LRT, MRT and Monorel stations that will extend their services until 1:30 am are as follows, Kelana Jaya LRT Route: Jamek Mosque and KLCC, Masjid LRT Ampang/Sri Petaling Route: Jamek Mosque, Bukit Bintang MRT Kajang Route: Bukit Bintang, Chow Kit Monorail Route: Star Hill, King Chulan, Lord’s Field and Chow Kit
Connecting stations’ timing will also be extended while those not listed will end their operation timing as usual, passengers however can still exit from the station to continue their journey.
Passengers are also reminded to use their Touch ‘N Go card or buy return tokens early for a smoother experience.
RapidKL said following the closure of six Laluan Ampang/Sri Petaling LRT stations, the intermediate bus service of LRT 11 is also extended until 1.30 am to enable users access to relevant stations.
