Tanco has announced that the LOA from CCCESB has executed the Subcontract Agreement for its wholly-owned subsidiary to undertake the Works per the ECRL Project on the terms prescribed with the contract sum of RM43.3 million.
The completion date for the project is 325 days from CCCESB’s written instruction for the Works. TBSB is to take out and maintain whatever further insurances it considers appropriate to insure itself against any risk or liability that may arise out of the fulfillment of its obligations under the SA.
