Cloudpoint Berhad has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ant Group Digital Technologies to leverage on its mobile development platform, mPaaS, to offer super app platform and solutions to the Malaysian market.
mPaaS empowers and accelerates super app development to help banks and financial services companies enhance customer engagement and expand their reach by making financial services more inclusive, enabling them to offer a comprehensive range of products and services by consolidating payments, lending, insurance, and investment functionalities. This ensures a more convenient and personalised customer experience while streamlining operations and improving efficiency, leading to potential cost savings.
As part of this collaboration, Cloudpoint will also be appointed a reseller for Zoloz, the global identity verification software brand of Ant Group Digital Technologies which protects both customers and organisations on multiple fronts against identity fraud and other related risks.
