TDM Berhad through its subsidiary KMI entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Dato’ Dr Mohd Razif bin Abdul Aziz and Datin Dr Norana binti Yacob to purchase the Sale Shares of Hospital Bersalin Razif for RM15 million.
HBR is a private company limited by shares with the issued and fully paidup ordinary shares of 6,000,000 which are all held by the Vendors. KMI is a subsidiary of TDM with the principal business of investment holding and provision of consultancy and management services for private healthcare facilities.
