Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Century Software), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Censof Holdings Bhd (Censof), had today clinched a contract from Finance Ministry for the maintenance and support services for MyResults System worth of more than RM4.4 million.
In a statement, Censof said its subsidiary had accepted the letter of acceptance today (Dec 19) in relations to the project.
“The tenure of the project is for a period of twelve months from Jan 5, 2024 to to Jan 4, 2025 with no option to extend and/or renew upon its expiry.
“The Board of Directors is of the view that the project is in the best interest of the Censof and its subsidiaries.
“It is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Group for the financial years ending 31 March 2024 onwards,” it said.
Censof added the Board of Directors does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks associated with the project.
“None of the directors and/or major shareholders and persons connected with a director or major shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in the project,” it added.
