Signature dishes such as Prosperity Treasure Pot, Hong Kong Style Claypot Waxed Meat Rice, Yee Sang, and an exquisite array of confectioneries — are back, infused with more ‘Huat’ than ever.
Celebrate the arrival of the Dragon New Year with the first dish, Prosperity Treasure Pot, a culinary masterpiece that epitomizes opulence and abundance.
This exquisite dish symbolizes the overflow of fortune and prosperity with its array of premium ingredients such as succulent pieces of Cantonese Roast Duck, Crispy Roasted Pork Belly, highest-grade dried seafood such as whole abalone, Japanese dried scallops and more, with the assortment of vegetables, creating a harmonious blend of textures and flavors.
Starting at RM838++, the Prosperity Treasure Pot is perfect for sharing between 6 and 8 pax and at RM1,188++ for a larger party of between 8 and 10 pax.
Combining the best of both worlds, the next dish is Hong Kong Style Claypot Waxed Meat Rice (RM138++ for 6 pax and RM168++ for 10 pax) is a seasonal culinary delight that is only available on Chinese New Year.
This comforting and hearty dish delicately balances flavorful notes with a distinctive aroma from steaming fragranced glutinous rice and cured meat, making it a truly scrumptious one pot meal with a unique combination of savory, delectable and smoky flavors.
Oversea Restaurant also offered Chinese New Year must-have, Yee Sang, an iconic dish that brings people together to share in the joy of good food and good fortune. Starting from RM78++, there will be five different types of Yee Sang to choose from.
The original Oversea Fabulous Fruity Yee Sang with Red Dragon Fruit Sauce is the most popular. Other types are with Jellyfish and Korean Snow Pear; Yee Sang with Fresh Salmon and Korean Snow Pear; Yee Sang with Abalone and Korean Snow Pear; and Yee Sang with Abalone and Black Truffle.
The Chinese New Year menu is available now at all Oversea Restaurants from now till 24th February 2024. Take-away and delivery are also available and a pre-order of 3 days in advance is required.
