From 14th March to 7th April 2024, guests are invited to join them at Warna All-Day Dining, curated by the talented Executive Chef Zaharullail Ashari, fondly known as Chef Awie.

At the heart of the buffet lies Chef Awie’s personal touch, where each dish represents a chapter in his culinary journey. “Sajian Darul Ehsan is not just a buffet; it’s a story,” said Chef Awie.

“From the resilience of Sambal Taun to the cultural embrace of Nasi Ambeng, each item reflects a chapter of my journey and dedication to creating moments that resonate with the true essence of family.” he added.

The theme of “Sajian Darul Ehsan” pays homage to the rich culinary diversity of Selangor. Chef Awie explained, “Each dish encapsulates the cultural heritage, flavours, and stories of Selangor, creating a symbolic journey on every plate.”

Guests can anticipate the chef’s signature dishes like Kambing Salai and Ayam Bakar Perchik, offering a captivating blend of local roots and global influences. Wadai Kipeng, a sweet delight reflecting Chef Awie’s Banjarese heritage, promises a journey through time and diverse culinary landscapes. Additionally, Ikan Purbakala, a dish reflective of Chef Awie’s personal journey, mirrors life’s challenges to triumphs.
