To begin the romantic journey, Crown Plaza has prepared an allure of oysters for the guests. The Chef presents a Trio of Pacific Oysters, each prepared in a distinct style – from the traditional French Mornay classic to the decadent Southern Rockefeller, and au naturel, to allow their guests to savor the natural sweetness of these ocean treasures.
To continue, guests are encouraged to savor the rich and earthy flavors of the Wild Mushroom Cappuccino, enhanced with a drizzle of Black Truffle Oil and topped with a velvety milk foam and Cep Dust for an intensified mushroom aroma.
For the main course, the chefs prepare the guest with a choice between land and sea. Opt for the succulent Grilled Angus Ribeye Steak, served with a luscious Shallot Gravy, or indulge in the Miso & Honey Glazed Cod Fish, accompanied by a delicate Shoyu Honey Gastrique. Complemented by sides such as Heirloom Carrots, Mustard Mash, Charred Corn, and Mille Feuille Potato, each dish promises a symphony of flavors.
To round off the Valentine’s dinner, guests will be served with the Dame Blanche, featuring Weiss Dark Chocolate, Chantilly Cream, and a luscious Vanilla Glace, a perfect ending to their culinary journey of love.
