Gamuda Cove Set To Welcome New Partners, Tenants In Line With Masterplan

Gamuda Cove announced the confirmation of several prominent tenants across diverse sectors, including F&B, education, and convenience.

Gamuda Cove, General Manager, Brandon Yong, emphasised the importance of bringing in various tenants to strengthen the township and support a self-sustained community. He highlighted the significance of designing spaces beyond homes, focusing on recreational, educational, health and wellness, green, and commercial areas.

The confirmed F&B tenants include Kenangan Coffee, and the return of Long John Silver’s, scheduled to open in July 2024. Additionally, Big Apple Kindergarten and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Malaysia will contribute to the educational landscape.

Convenience stores like BilaBila Mart and 7-Eleven have been serving the community’s needs, providing quick groceries and essentials.

In the pipeline are discussions with key F&B operators and the addition of a leading Malaysian premium supermarket chain, further enhancing Gamuda Cove’s offerings and amenities.

The addition of these tenants aligns with the upcoming ASAI Gamuda Cove hotel, set to open in 2026, catering to both international and domestic tourists visiting the township’s eco-tourism activities.

The introduction of these tenants coincides with the delivery of Maya Bay Residences and Enso Woods in March and July 2024, respectively, welcoming an anticipated 7,600 residents into the Gamuda Cove community by the end of 2024.

Yong expressed confidence in Gamuda Land’s ability to draw strategic partnerships across healthcare, education, retail, and commercial sectors, building upon its established track record.

Following the success of Townsquare, Gamuda Cove will launch 112 units of European-inspired commercial shops and offices at Cove Centrum, bolstered by the township’s intracity e-tram network, enhancing connectivity.

To support overall development, Gamuda Cove’s connectivity will receive a significant boost with the upcoming completion of a toll-free Cyberjaya Link in 2025, complementing the recently completed link to Kota Kemuning, making Gamuda Cove a highly connected and desirable location.

Additionally, Gamuda Cove is expanding its 5G service coverage and infrastructure, contributing to its smart city plans and fostering agility and competitiveness in the digital economy.
