FinDoc, CTOS Partner In Loan Eligibility Screening

FinDoc Sdn Bhd, a pioneering FinTech startup, has announced a strategic partnership with CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s leading Credit Reporting Agency, with the goal of promoting financial literacy and enhancing financial inclusion across the nation. Sealed with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), this collaboration signifies a significant step towards fostering a deeper understanding of financial matters among Malaysian consumers.

The partnership between FinDoc and CTOS aims to provide individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed financial decisions. By integrating CTOS credit data and e-KYC digital onboarding solutions into its platform, FinDoc will assist customers in determining their loan eligibility, finding appropriate financial products, and receiving personalized advice to improve their credit health.

FinDoc, CEO, Chris Yong highlighted the recognition received by FinDoc’s credit eligibility screening services, emphasising its partnership with 20 banks in Malaysia. He expressed FinDoc’s commitment to streamlining the loan application process, matching customers with suitable banks, and enhancing user experience through AI algorithms.

CTOS, CBO, Danny Fong emphasised the partnership’s focus on seamless customer onboarding, leveraging CTOS eKYC and data to ensure quick and secure credit eligibility screening. He stressed CTOS’s commitment to data privacy and regulatory compliance in facilitating genuine credit eligibility requests.

Utilising CTOS credit data, FinDoc aims to identify common financial challenges faced by users, enabling the development of a Financial Literacy Education Programme.
