Yayasan Hasanah Appoints Siti Kamariah Ahmad Subki As New Managing Director

Yayasan Hasanah, the philanthropic arm of Khazanah Nasional, proudly unveils its new Managing Director, Siti Kamariah Ahmad Subki, succeeding the accomplished tenure of Dato’ Shahira Ahmed Bazari.

Bringing over two decades of Chartered Accountant expertise across Malaysia, Australia, and the US, Siti Kamariah assumes her role effective 1 May 2024. Her distinguished career boasts leadership roles at Wanita Berdaya Selangor and board membership at INCEIF University.

Notably, she has contributed her talents to esteemed organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Khazanah Nasional, Yayasan Hasanah, and the United Nations, shaping her into a catalyst for entrepreneurial, social, and sustainable development.

Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof, Chairman of Yayasan Hasanah’s Board of Trustees, expressed anticipation for Siti Kamariah’s leadership, saying, “We welcome Siti Kamariah as the new Managing Director of Yayasan Hasanah and look forward to her guidance in propelling the foundation to greater heights, enriching Malaysia’s societal landscape in tandem with Khazanah’s mission.”

Siti Kamariah’s academic pedigree includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, Australia, with a focus on Accounting and Finance, alongside a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

She is an elected member of the Malaysia Regional Council of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and a distinguished member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
