Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd (SRHB) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ingress Delta Construction Sdn Bhd (IDC), has secured a subcontract worth RM11.39 million from Sunway Geotechnics (M) Sdn Bhd for works related to the RTS Link project in Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru.
The group said IDC had accepted a Letter of Award from Sunway Geotechnics to undertake subcontract works for the design, construction and completion of a multi-storey park-and-ride facility (MPSR), perimeter circulation road, retail podium and mixed-use development at Bukit Chagar.
Under the subcontract, IDC will be responsible for providing the necessary materials, manpower, tools, equipment, plant and machinery required to complete the project.
The subcontract commenced on 23 April 2026 and is expected to be completed by 30 April 2027.
