Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur’s (KL) Latest Recipe has introduced an enticing lunch buffet, offering a culinary journey of flavours from across the globe, available at a special promotional rate until 31 December 2024. Located in KL Sentral, this buffet is helmed by Executive Chef Antoine Rodriguez and his team, who present an impressive array of global dishes.
Buffet highlights include a Seafood on Ice station with black mussels, prawns, and crabs, alongside a smoked seafood counter featuring smoked salmon and peppered tenggiri. The appetisers include unique items like breaded tuna loin with sesame herbs and cold cuts platters, while the salad bar allows diners to create fresh, personalised salads or pick ready-made favourites like the Italian potato salad with grilled chicken.
Diners can savour Asian flavours, from Rendang Rusuk Lembu to Chinese-inspired butter prawns, as well as freshly prepared sushi and sashimi at the Japanese corner. A carving station offers oven-roasted ribeye and slow-roasted lamb, while a dessert section includes a chocolate fountain, waffle and crepe stations, and an assortment of cakes and Malaysian kuih.
The buffet is priced at RM178 nett per adult and RM89 nett per child, with senior citizens enjoying a rate of RM125 nett. The promotional rate of RM125 per person is available for all guests until the end of December, providing a great opportunity to experience the buffet at a discounted price.
