AYANA Residences Launches Alamanda Tower, Combining Luxury And Sustainability

AYANA Residences has unveiled its latest luxury offering, the Alamanda Tower, a collection of 26 exclusive residences designed to provide sustainable living in one of Bali’s most sought-after locations. The tower, named after a genus of vibrant flowering plants, features residences that blend contemporary luxury with traditional Balinese elements, crafted by interior designer Carl Almeida of P49 Design.

A standout feature of Alamanda Tower is its rooftop oasis, which includes three pools, two of which are available for private use. Residents can also enjoy expansive views of Jimbaran Bay. The community centre within AYANA Residences offers a variety of wellness amenities, including a gym, lap pool, sauna, steam room, and an indoor children’s area. A new workspace, opening in Q1 2025, will overlook the tranquil pool area.

Residents also have access to AYANA Bali, the island’s largest integrated resort, offering 14 pools, a world-class spa, a secluded beach, numerous dining outlets, and a variety of family-friendly activities, including nature-inspired kids’ camps and educational programs in collaboration with Guidepost Montessori and Green Camp.

In a push for sustainable luxury, AYANA Residences has partnered with Utama Spice, a renowned natural living products company, to offer 100% organic, Bali-crafted amenities in each residence. This collaboration includes soothing soaps, shampoos, and cleaning supplies, all aimed at fostering eco-conscious living. Residents will also receive complimentary herbal plants from AYANA Farm to grow their own fresh ingredients.

Alamanda Tower offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom units exclusively available for long-term lease, providing a unique opportunity to live in an eco-friendly, luxurious environment while embracing Bali’s cultural heritage.
