Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad announce that its wholly owned subsidiary had accepted and executed the Letter of Acceptance on the contract awarded by NEXTDC Sdn Bhd for the construction of the Data Centre Main Works in Kuala Lumpur for a contract sum of RM375.4 million
The group said the contract is expected to complete by March 2028 and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of MHB Group for the financial years ending 31 December 2025 and 2026.
The contract is not to have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure with the board of the opinion that the acceptance of the contract is in the best interest of the group.
