Binastra Corporation Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has been awarded a RM268.0 million contract by TNJ Development Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of CPI Land Sdn. Bhd for the construction of Tuan Heritag3, a landmark 45-storey suite apartment housing 1,269 units in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.
Construction is set to begin on 15 August 2025 and is expected to be completed by 14 December 2027.
CPI Land is a prominent property developer known for its innovative and sustainable projects across Malaysia. Tuan Heritag3 Residency is the third chapter in the esteemed Tuan Series and has been fully sold since its launch in September 2024.
