InstaPay Raises Series A2 Funding to Accelerate Expansion

Marking another key milestone in its growth journey, InstaPay Technologies Sdn Bhd has completed a USD 3 million (MYR 13 million) Series A2 funding round. Backed by US-based family offices and long-term investor ACA Investments Pte Ltd, the funding reinforces the fintech firm’s rising momentum in the regional financial services space.

Rajnish Kumar, CEO of InstaPay, expressed enthusiasm about the new funding. He explained that while the company is already profitable and cash-flow positive, the additional capital will support working capital needs and accelerate growth in its rapidly expanding remittance business.

Kumar also highlighted plans to launch B2B remittance services within the Glyd Corporate Expense Management Platform, with the fresh investment enabling faster innovation and scaling.

Hajime Adachi, Partner at ACA, highlighted InstaPay’s robust performance since their initial investment. “We’ve seen more than tenfold growth in topline revenue over the past three years, alongside sustained profitability.

The company is now positioned for further expansion with its established core offerings and new B2B remittance initiatives under the Glyd Business Platform,” he said.

With the new funding, InstaPay aims to broaden its product portfolio and extend its geographical reach. The company will also invest in strengthening its technological infrastructure to support ongoing innovation in cross-border payment solutions. These strategic moves are expected to position InstaPay for sustained rapid growth in the coming years.
