Tropicana Corporation Berhad announced its unaudited financial results for the six-month financial period ended 30 June 2026. The Group recorded year-to-date revenue of RM1.16 billion, an increase of RM573.9 million or 97.2% from RM590.5 million in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
For the second quarter under review, revenue surged by RM520.6 million or 157.7% to RM850.8 million, compared to RM330.2 million in Q2 FY2025.
The performance was driven by the completion of 3 parcels of land sales in Johor Bahru and Selangor, completion of 4 developments, alongside higher revenue from core operations.
However, the group reported a loss of RM17 million for Q2 FY2026 compared to a profit of RM10 million in the same period the year before.
For the six-month period, the Group recorded loss of RM33 million against profit of RM22 million.
