NexG Bhd, formerly Datasonic Group Bhd, has announced the incorporation of MyNasional Holdings Sdn Bhd, a newly formed subsidiary that will spearhead the group’s foray into artificial intelligence (AI), data intelligence and secure digital infrastructure.
The move marks a pivotal shift in NexG’s transformation into a digital enabler aligned with Malaysia’s Digital Economy Blueprint and MyDigital ID roadmap.
NexG Deputy Chairman Tan Sri Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman shared that MyNasional Holdings will anchor NexG’s digital transformation strategy and deliver secure, scalable digital solutions across three key areas:
- Digital Identity and eKYC: Through MyNasional eKYC Holdings, the group aims to drive adoption of AI-powered identity verification services essential for financial inclusion, fraud prevention and digital access across sectors.
- Business Data and Corporate Intelligence: MyNasional will offer real-time business intelligence, credit profiling and risk analytics to enhance regulatory oversight and private sector transparency.
- AI and Smart Analytics: MyNasional AI will develop advanced analytics and smart city solutions for applications ranging from surveillance to digital traffic control.
