Sime Darby Property is gearing up for a strong debut of its latest retail venture, KLGCC Mall, slated to open in October 2025 with an impressive 85% committed occupancy as of July.
Positioned within the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) Resort, the 240,000 sq ft mall brings a fresh take on neighbourhood retail, featuring a curated mix of lifestyle, dining, wellness and leisure brands designed to serve the upscale communities of Bukit Damansara, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Taman Tun Dr Ismail and beyond.
The mall is Sime Darby Property’s third fully-owned retail development, following the fully tenanted KL East Mall and Elmina Lakeside Mall. It is part of an integrated development that includes Menara KLGCC and Senada Residences.
Among its anchor tenants are Jaya Grocer’s first gourmet-style concept store and Serai Group, while other notable tenants include HarborLand (Thailand’s leading indoor playland operator), ACE Hardware, Asia Ballet Academy and Morph, a cutting-edge wellness and fitness concept.
The mall will also debut new-to-market and first-in-Malaysia brands such as Fiel by Kay’s Steak & Lobster, Goyo (a Jeju-inspired salon) and ParaThai Signature while welcoming the return of favourites like Siti Li Dining and Pasta Zanmai.

Beyond retail, the mall is built for the community as it features a rooftop amphitheatre overlooking the golf course and spaces designed for festivals, cultural events and community programmes, reinforcing Sime Darby Property’s vision for meaningful placemaking.
With excellent connectivity via major highways and dedicated shuttle service to MRT Phileo Damansara, the mall is poised to become both a premium lifestyle destination and a dynamic community hub in Greater Kuala Lumpur.
