Inari Amertron recorded revenue of RM288.9 million for the current quarter, a decrease of 5.8% compared to the same quarter in the previous year of RM306.7 million. The decrease was mainly due to comparatively lower loading volume in RF business segment in the current quarter.
The Group recorded profit after tax of RM5.3 million for the current quarter, a decrease of 89.3% from RM49.5 million recorded in the corresponding quarter in the previous financial year was mainly due to lower revenue in the current quarter and provision of approximately RM41.9 million due to the fire incident occurring at the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary in the Philippines during the current quarter.
For the financial year ended 30 June 2026, the Group recorded revenue of RM1,187.3 million, representing a decrease of 12.2% from RM1,351.9 million in the preceding financial year. The decrease was mainly due to comparatively lower loading volume in RF business segment.
The Group’s profit after tax decreased by 42.5% to RM122.6 million for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 from RM213.1 million in the preceding financial year. The decrease was mainly due to lower loading volume in RF business segment and loss provision from the fire incident at our Philippines plant.
