Malton Tops Out RM1 Billion River Park In Bangsar South, Eyes New Launch In Puchong

Malton Bhd has marked the structural completion of its RM1 billion River Park project in Bangsar South with a topping-out ceremony, its first milestone of 2025.

The GreenRE-certified high-rise residential development has achieved an 80% take-up rate and is on track for completion in the third quarter of 2026 (3Q26).

To date, Malton shared that River Park has recorded 2.5 million safe man-hours without “Lost Time Injury”, reflecting Malton’s emphasis on safety and construction excellence.

Comprising three towers with 1,332 units ranging from 812 sq ft to 1,180 sq ft, the project features sustainable elements including eight electric vehicle charging stations and adopts IBS and BIM construction technologies.

Connectivity will be enhanced by a RM25 million exclusive road link to the Federal Highway and NPE, as well as proximity to the upcoming MRT3 Pantai Permai Station and a direct pedestrian walkway to Angkasapuri KTM Station.

Malton’s Executive Director Datuk Hong said the strong demand reflects River Park’s strategic location between Old Klang Road and Bangsar South. By 2026, over 1,300 families are expected to move in, adding vibrancy to the area.

Looking ahead, Malton will launch Mutiara Lake Puchong in 3Q25, a RM400 million GDV lakeside condominium comprising 526 units across 35 storeys. Located about 1km from the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT station, the project is designed for family living with layouts from 1,022 sq ft to 1,345 sq ft.
