Life Water Delivers RM31 Million Profit For FY25, Declares 1.59 Sen Dividend

Life Water Bhd posted a 3.9% rise in revenue to RM172.97 million and a 10.1% increase in normalised profit after tax (PAT) to RM30.97 million for the financial year ended June 30, 2025 (FY25), driven by resilient domestic demand and disciplined cost management.

PAT margin improved to 17.9% from 16.9% in FY24, despite a slight dip in gross profit margin to 47.1% due to higher wage costs and transitional impacts from plant upgrades.

In the fourth quarter (4Q25), Life Water recorded RM44.55 million in revenue and RM9.05 million in PAT, with a healthy PAT margin of 20.3%.

The board declared an interim dividend of 1.59 sen per share, amounting to RM7.52 million for FY25.

Managing Director Liaw Hen Kong said the completion of the new manufacturing line in Sandakan and the expansion of its delivery network boosted capacity to meet rising demand, particularly in East Malaysia.

He added that Life Water has also begun diversifying its portfolio with the soft launch of a new carbonated flavoured drink.

Looking ahead, Liaw revealed that the group will focus on growing market share in value-added beverages, strengthening distribution and sustaining disciplined cost and capital management to drive long-term value creation.
