OpenMinds Organises Two-Day ASEAN Marketing Technology Conference

OpenMinds, one of Asia’s leading Martech firms, has announced RE:SOURCE Conference 2025, a two-day event on October 15 to 16, 2025 at M World Hotel, Petaling Jaya. The conference is expected to attract 350 to 500 marketers, founders and technology leaders from across Southeast Asia, establishing itself as the region’s largest Martech-focused gathering.

With over 600 million digital-first consumers, a rapidly growing middle class and strong government support for digitalisation, ASEAN presents significant opportunities for scalable, cross-border business growth. Yet, brands often face challenges from fragmented data, disconnected technology stacks, insufficient localisation and unclear go-to-market strategies. RE:SOURCE Conference aims to bridge this gap by enabling collaboration and knowledge-sharing among leading marketers and technologists.

“Our vision for RE:SOURCE Conference 2025 is to spark meaningful conversations and inspire action by bringing together forward-thinking marketers, founders and technology leaders. More than a two-day event, the conference catalyses ongoing collaboration, creating a community that drives sustainable growth across ASEAN,” said Jan Wong, Founder & CEO of OpenMinds®.

The conference programme will feature panel discussions, workshops and keynote sessions addressing topics including martech strategies for ASEAN expansion, cross-border e-commerce, digital sales and leveraging data, artificial intelligence and automation to scale businesses. Sessions will also explore omnichannel approaches, brand-building strategies that resonate with ASEAN audiences and practical steps to enter and thrive in new markets.

Keynote speakers include Aaron Lim, Associate Director of Nielsen Audience Measurement Malaysia, who will discuss the use of marketing tools in ASEAN and Datuk William Ng, National President of SAMENTA, focusing on replicating Malaysia’s martech strategies across the region. Additional speakers hail from Mida.so, Strategic Asia Marketing Alliance (SAMA), ParentInc and Optimas.

OpenMinds, a leading Martech brand in Malaysia with offices across APAC including China and Singapore, is supported by sponsors such as Infobip, mida.so, Bolt and Airasia Move. Ecosystem partners include Mole, Tactus, INFINITY8, E3Hubs, Daily CMO, Tech Collective, Females in Tech, FFMYSEA, On the Rise KL and HERizon, reflecting a collaborative approach to regional business growth through Martech.

Tickets for the conference are available now, with a Workshop+ Pass at RM750 for hands-on sessions, a Premium Pass at RM1,300 for full access to both days including workshops and keynotes and a Group Pass for five participants priced at RM6,000.
