Malaysian SMEs now have access to a new AI-powered platform, EPOS360, jointly launched by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd, the operator of TNG eWallet and EPOS, Ant International’s SME transformation platform.
The platform integrates digital tools, marketing capabilities and multi-channel payment solutions to help small and medium enterprises scale and modernise operations.
Anuar Fariz Fadzil, CEO of MDEC, said, “The launch marks an important milestone in Malaysia’s business digitalisation journey, ensuring that businesses of all sizes have access to affordable, relevant and easy-to-adopt digital tools to scale sustainability and compete more effectively.
The CEO emphasised that integrating AI tools and payment capabilities into a popular Malaysian platform empowers digital entrepreneurs and supports Malaysia’s AI Nation 2030 goal.
EPOS360 is available as a mini-programme within TNG eWallet, giving merchants direct access to AI-driven tools, integrated payments and marketing features.
Businesses can engage over 25 million users through in-app features such as Near Me vouchers while managing core operations in a single platform.

The platform introduces EPOS360 BlueTap, a smart over-the-counter device that supports multiple payment methods, including tap-to-pay with TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, major eWallets and soon card payments.
BlueTap provides immediate audio confirmation for transactions, access to point-of-sale insights and compatibility across banks and eWallets without frequent hardware changes.

EPOS360 is the first solution in Malaysia to combine AI-powered tools, enhanced payment capabilities and financial services in a single platform.
Following its launch in Malaysia, the platform will soon expand to Singapore.
The initiative is supported by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) as part of its efforts to advance the nation’s digital economy.
