IGB Alternate Director Elizabeth Tan Hui Ning Resigns, Cites Health Issues

IGB Berhad (IGB) has announced the resignation of its Alternate Director, Miss Elizabeth Tan Hui Ning, effective immediately. The company stated that the executive director is stepping down from her role due to health issues.

Miss Tan, 42, served as an Alternate Director on the Executive Directorate. The company confirmed that her departure was not due to any disagreement with the Board of Directors.

A seasoned professional in the property sector, Miss Tan holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Administration (BSc) from Cardiff University, Wales, United Kingdom, which she obtained in June 2004.She first joined Mid Valley City Gardens Sdn Bhd in August 2004, shortly after her graduation. Her career progressed rapidly, leading to her appointment as an Executive Director in January 2011.

Prior to her resignation, Miss Tan was a key executive at The Gardens Mall (TGM), holding the titles of Joint Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations/Leasing. She also served as the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the overall operations of TGM.
