Bursa Gives Nod For MM Computer Systems’ ACE Market Listing

MM Computer Systems Bhd (MMCS) has received approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Sdn Bhd for its proposed listing on the ACE Market.

Managing Director and CEO Young Yoong Chang said Bursa’s approval represents a major milestone for the MMCS as the group execute its next expansion phases to enhance its presence and customer impact.

“Proceeds from the IPO are expected to support future project opportunities, expand solution offerings and strengthen MMCS’ position in Malaysia’s evolving digital and cybersecurity landscape,” Yoong added.

MMCS’ listing exercise is managed by Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd, which serves as principal advisor, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent, with SCS Global Advisory acting as corporate finance advisor.

MMCS is an established IT solutions provider, operating through wholly-owned subsidiaries Micro Technology Solution Sdn Bhd and SMIND Sdn Bhd.
