Ranhill Notes That The Scheduled Water Cut In Johor Cities Ended

The scheduled water supply in Kluang and Pontian, which has been in place since February 7, has been fully restored as of yesterday.

Johor water operator Ranhill SAJ announced that the decision follows positive developments in water levels at the Machap Dam. The company also confirmed that treatment plants have returned to optimal operation after a period of close monitoring.

“As a result, treated water has now been supplied as usual to all users in the affected areas,” the company said in a statement.

Ranhill SAJ expressed gratitude to customers for their patience and cooperation throughout the period of scheduled water supply.

The company also advised users to continue practising responsible water usage to ensure the sustainability of water resources and maintain supply stability in the future. Continuous monitoring of dam levels and water supply system operations will be carried out to ensure services remain stable.
