KSL Unveils RM15 Billion GDV Riveria Garden Township In Iskandar Puteri

Johor property developer KSL Holdings Bhd has launched the group’s largest township development to date, the 1,026-acre master-planned township, Riveria Garden, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) exceeding RM15 billion.

Strategically located in Iskandar Puteri within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), Riveria Garden positions KSL for a long-term growth trajectory spanning 15 to 20 years.

The township’s inaugural 100-acre phase, set for 2026, carries a GDV of RM2.03 billion and introduces 1,074 landed residences, including contemporary double-storey terraces and wide-frontage cluster homes.

Executive Director Khoo Lee Feng said the project represents a milestone for both KSL and Iskandar Puteri, combining nature-centric urban design with a self-sustained, integrated lifestyle.

“The Riveria Garden masterplan elevates KSL to a new scale and raises our long-term growth visibility,” she said, highlighting the group’s strong FY2025 property sales of RM1.35 billion and a projected RM1.6 billion benchmark for FY2026.

Beyond residences, the township features a premium riverfront landscaped park, a RM20 million wellness clubhouse, a high-rise and retail hub with 2,160 serviced apartments, and 82 retail shops, offering comprehensive lifestyle amenities.

Its connectivity is set to improve with the completion of the Sultan Ismail and Kota Iskandar Highway interchange, providing a 10-15-minute drive to the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link.

Riveria Garden also benefits from nearby attractions and facilities, including LEGOLAND Malaysia, Horizon Hills Golf Club and established private healthcare and education institutions, further cementing its appeal as a premier residential destination within the JS-SEZ.
