EXSIM Hospitality Bhd (EHB) has entered into a strategic hospitality partnership with Majestic Gen Group, unlocking a projected pipeline of more than 3,000 keys over the next four years.
The collaboration will see Mana Mana Hospitality, EXSIM’s asset-light operating arm, appointed as hospitality operator for selected developments within Majestic Gen’s nationwide landbank. Participation in the hospitality management programme will remain optional for individual homeowners, depending on each project’s positioning.
EHB Managing Director Tan Hai Liang said the partnership marks another step in institutionalising Mana Mana Hospitality into a multi-segment hospitality ecosystem capable of supporting large-format developments.
“Overall, the deal strengthens earnings visibility and reinforces the group’s ability to replicate a proven operator model across asset classes.
“With a clear pipeline exceeding 3,000 keys, EXSIM aims to convert Malaysia’s growing lifestyle and tourism demand into sustainable, recurring returns,” Tan added.
Meanwhile, Mana Mana Hospitality Managing Director Debbie Leow described the tie-up as validation of its scalable operating framework, supported by integrated property management systems and data-driven yield optimisation.
“The company is expanding beyond its short-term rental roots into resort and hotel segments while maintaining operational discipline and efficiency,” Leow said.
Majestic Gen, backed by a diversified nationwide landbank spanning residential, commercial and industrial projects, said the partnership aligns with its long-term strategy of delivering sustainable, high-quality developments. The optional hospitality management solution is designed to enhance asset performance and provide additional value to homeowners.
