I-Berhad announced that it has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation (Malaysia) Bhd for a commercial property, marking the participation of one of the world’s leading Islamic banking groups within i-City.
The developer said the transaction reflects continued interest from established international institutions in i-City’s growing ecosystem, which integrates residential, commercial, hospitality, and digital infrastructure within a single development Strategic Investment in AI Living Ecosystem
The transaction involves the acquisition of a commercial asset within i-City, located opposite the Group’s AI Living development and next to Central i-City Mall, however detail on the value were not disclosed.
