UOB Malaysia has introduced financial relief assistance programmes to support customers affected by recent geopolitical developments, including the evolving situation in the Middle East.
Chief Executive Officer Ng Wei Wei said the initiative aims to help individuals and businesses manage financial obligations amid heightened global uncertainty, which may lead to income disruptions, cash flow constraints and slower business activity.
“We are working closely with customers to provide practical and tailored solutions during this period of volatility and uncertainty that can affect households and businesses in different ways.
“Through our financial relief assistance programmes, we provide support to help customers manage their commitments with confidence,” she added.
She encouraged affected customers to reach out for assistance through its dedicated channels.
