Reneuco Berhad will be delisted from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities on 12 May 2026 after the exchange dismissed the company’s appeal for additional time to submit its regularisation plan.
Bursa said it had decided to reject Reneuco’s application for a further extension to submit the plan to the relevant authorities for approval pursuant to Paragraph 8.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
As a result, the company’s securities will be removed from Bursa Malaysia’s official list after the expiry of two market days from the announcement date.
Following the delisting, shares currently deposited with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd will be withdrawn by the company, although Reneuco said it would continue maintaining shareholder records in its register.
Reneuco said shareholders would continue to retain their rights and interests under the Companies Act 2016, although their shares would no longer be quoted or traded on Bursa Securities.
