Bus Cap Berhad has announced that transport sector participant Dato’ Lee Sing Gee has emerged as a substantial shareholder of the Group. Based on recent regulatory filings, Dato’ Lee holds 21,159,000 ordinary shares, representing an approximately 5.519% equity interest in Bus Cap.
Dato’ Lee serves as the Managing Director of Wawasan Sutera Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd and Aerobus Malaysia, bringing more than 20 years of operational experience to Bus Cap’s shareholder base.
The firm said that under his management, these entities have grown into key domestic transport providers, offering airport transfers, express bus operations, tour and charter coach services, and corporate mobility solutions. Aerobus Malaysia is widely recognised for its intercity and airport transit networks, connecting major commercial hubs to key destinations such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), KLIA2, and Genting Highlands.
