Scanwolf Corporation Berhad (SCB) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Scanwolf Trading & Construction Sdn. Bhd., has accepted a Letter of Award (LOA) from SG. Besi Construction Sdn. Bhd. for foundation works related to a mixed industrial development project in Klang, Selangor.
The LOA, dated 12 June 2026, involves the construction and completion of foundation works for a project titled “Cadangan Pembangunan 1 Blok Kilang Strata 9 Tingkat” located on PT 84557 and PT 84558, Mukim Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.
The project, developed for Armani Maker Alliance Sdn. Bhd., comprises a nine-storey strata industrial building featuring factory units, parking facilities, electrical infrastructure, prayer facilities, a multipurpose hall and supporting amenities.
Under the contract, Scanwolf Trading & Construction will undertake foundation works, including construction, completion, testing and commissioning works required for the proper execution of the project.
The contract carries a fixed lump sum value of RM21 million and is not subject to adjustments arising from inflation, market fluctuations, design-related risks or additional costs due to defects or insufficiencies in design.
The contract period commenced on 12 June 2026 and is expected to be completed by 11 June 2027.
