Kelana Jaya LRT Operated Manually, Expect Delay Says RapidKL

Passengers on the Kelana Jaya Line are facing delays after Rapid KL confirmed that a train is currently being operated manually between the Sri Rampai and Wangsa Maju stations.

In an update posted on its official Ask Rapid KL account, the operator said train movements across other stations on the line are also expected to be affected, with services running slower and longer dwell times at platforms.

“Sebuah tren sedang dipandu secara manual di antara Stesen Sri Rampai dan Wangsa Maju,” Rapid KL said in its initial update.

“A train is being manually operated between Sri Rampai and Wangsa Maju Stations. Train movements at other stations are expected to be slower with longer stops on the platforms,” it added in English.

The operator thanked commuters for their patience as services were adjusted to manage the disruption.

Rapid KL did not immediately state the cause of the manual operation or when normal service would resume.
