The Roof Realty has made regional history after securing two titles from The Asia Records, recognising its standout performance in 2025, including Top Performing Million-Earner Agents in 2025 and Highest Transaction Volume and Value in 2025.
The recognition comes after the agency recorded 53,626 property transactions last year, generating a Gross Sales Value of RM19.78 billion, alongside the creation of 13 million-earner real estate agents. The Asia Records described the milestone as an example of strong leadership and management within the regional property sector.
Founder and Managing Director Datuk Wira Dr Nicholas Yap said the achievement reflects the collective effort of the agency’s workforce. He said, “Recording over 53,000 successful transactions, achieving nearly RM20 billion in Gross Sales Value, and producing 13 million-earner agents in 2025 are milestones that reflect the strength of our people and our shared vision.

Chief Adjudicator of The Asia Records Datuk KK Chua said the company had set a strong example in the industry, adding that its success was not only reflected in sales value but also in the number of agents building careers within the organisation.
Founded in 2009, The Roof Realty has grown into one of Malaysia’s largest real estate agencies, supported by continued investment in training and digital systems aimed at developing professional negotiators and expanding its national presence. The company also highlighted its campaign message, #TheRoofDreamStartsFromHome, during the award presentation.
