Pentamaster Corporation Berhad (PCB) announced that technology company Ocado Innovation Limited (Ocado) has discontinued its legal action against the group and its subsidiaries.
PCB said Ocado, as the plaintiff, had wholly discontinued its action against PCB, Pentamaster Equipment Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (PEM) and Pentamaster Systems Sdn. Bhd. (PSS), as the defendants.
The company said the discontinuation was made without liberty to file afresh, meaning Ocado cannot restart the same legal proceedings.
PCB confirmed that it had received the Notice of Discontinuance duly filed by Ocado.
