Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd has appointed Mr Vincent Gan Kean Cheang as its new Group Managing Director, effective June 30, 2026 following the departure of Dato David Khoo.
The company said the appointment involved the redesignation of Vincent Gan from Executive Director to Group Managing Director and Executive Director.
Gan, 44, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), which he obtained in 2005.
He began his professional career in 2005 as an offshore Geotechnical Engineer with Sapura Crest Sdn Bhd before joining Trimetro Development Sdn Bhd in 2006 as a Project Manager, where he was involved in development and construction activities.
In 2008, Gan joined Singapore-based Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd as a Project Manager, overseeing high-rise housing development projects, including Singapore Housing Development Board (HDB) developments.
He later joined Alphazen Construction Sdn Bhd in 2010 as a Project Manager, managing mixed development and high-rise projects.
In 2016, Gan founded Ingress Delta Construction Sdn Bhd and has since served as its Managing Director, leading the company’s involvement in high-rise, infrastructure and industrial projects.
SRHB said Gan has no family relationship with any director or major shareholder of the company and has no conflict of interest with the listed issuer.
Following the appointment, Gan holds 14.87 million ordinary shares in Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd.
