Waja Konsortium Exits GN3 Status After Bursa Upliftment

Waja Konsortium Berhad will officially exit its Guidance Note 3 (GN3) status on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd from 9.00am on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, marking the company’s return to normal listed status.

The exchange said Waja Konsortium will no longer be classified as a GN3 company following the successful upliftment of its financially distressed status.

Despite the upliftment, TA Securities Holdings Berhad will continue to serve as the company’s appointed sponsor.

With the removal of its GN3 designation, Waja Konsortium will resume trading without the financially distressed classification, although it will continue to comply with post-uplift sponsorship requirements under the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
