TFP Solutions Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Softfac Technology Sdn Bhd, has been appointed the exclusive payment collection agent and commercial infrastructure provider for the “Beyond Greatness: From Inspiration to Impact” live talk featuring Malaysian badminton legend Datuk Seri Lee Chong Wei.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TFP Solutions said the appointment by Ploutos Entertainment Sdn Bhd also covers future live concerts, festivals, shows and corporate events organised by the events agency throughout the one-year agreement.
The appointment follows the ticketing service and strategic collaboration agreement signed between the parties on July 2, 2026.
TFP Solutions said the deal strengthens its position in the live events ecosystem by securing exclusive rights to provide payment collection and ticketing platform services for Ploutos’ events.
The group added that the agreement is expected to create a recurring revenue stream through platform usage, transaction processing fees and future event deployments over the contract period.
The agreement takes effect immediately and will remain in force for one year.
