The adidas F50 is stepping off the football pitch and into everyday style. More than 20 years after the original F50 “Spider” debuted, adidas Originals and Bad Bunny are bringing back the speed-focused silhouette with the new BAD BUNNY F50 Ghost Sprint.
The release reworks one of adidas Football’s most recognisable designs from 2004, combining elements of the original F50 with details inspired by Bad Bunny’s Puerto Rican roots.
The sneaker’s name comes from the wolf spider, an animal associated with Puerto Rico and known for its quick bursts of movement. That influence appears in the design through the “Araña” cage, which adds structure while supporting flexibility and breathability.
The low-profile silhouette features a deconstructed spacer mesh upper designed for warmer conditions. Additionally, the colourway takes cues from the 2004 F50 “Ocean” release. The sneaker arrives in a mix of Clear Blue, Clear Sky and Light Purple tones.

While the F50 was originally built around football performance, the Ghost Sprint reflects how the sport has expanded beyond the field. The collaboration highlights the connection between football, street style and youth culture, with Bad Bunny bringing his own perspective to an adidas archive design.
The release continues the partnership between adidas Originals and Bad Bunny, following earlier collaborations including the BadBo 1.0 sneaker.
The adidas Originals BAD BUNNY F50 Ghost Sprint in Blue will be available from July 18, 2026, via the CONFIRMED App, adidas.com/badbunny and selected adidas platforms. It will retail for US$160.
