Plenitude Bhd has introduced Mandolin Residences, a freehold serviced apartment development in Taman Desa Tebrau, Johor Bahru, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM232 million.

The project comprises 712 units across two towers, offering five layout types ranging from 528 sq ft to 1,017 sq ft, including studio, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and selected dual-key configurations.

Located within the 965-acre Taman Desa Tebrau township, Mandolin Residences is supported by nearby retail, healthcare and education amenities, including AEON Tebrau City, IKEA Tebrau, Toppen Shopping Centre, Hospital Sultan Ismail and several schools and colleges.

The development is also connected to major road networks including the Pasir Gudang Highway, Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) and PLUS Highway, providing access to key areas in Johor Bahru.

The project includes more than 30 facilities across a one-acre Level 6 podium, featuring recreational, wellness and community spaces such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, multipurpose hall, children’s play areas and childcare centre. Each tower will also feature a Sky Garden at Level 30.

Mandolin Residences incorporates smart access and security features, along with sustainability elements including passive design for natural ventilation, energy-efficient lighting, rainwater harvesting and EV-ready infrastructure.

Plenitude Chief Executive Officer Anthony Ng said the development marks the group’s continued expansion of its residential portfolio in Johor Bahru, targeting demand from first-time buyers, professionals and families seeking homes within an established township environment.
