BMS Holdings Unit To Buy Cheras Commercial Property For RM23 Million

BMS Holdings Berhad has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn. Bhd., has entered into a letter of offer to acquire a commercial property in Cheras, Selangor, for RM23.8 million in cash.

The company confirmed the letter of offer was executed on August 6, 2026, with the vendor, Chyen Huat Hardware Sdn. Bhd.

The property comprises a workshop together with offices erected on a freehold parcel of land measuring approximately 4,555 square meters (Lot 44637, Seksyen 1, Bandar Ceras, Hulu Langat District).

BMS Holdings highlighted that the acquisition aligns with its broader long-term business expansion strategy. Once completed, the group plans to convert the site into an integrated operational facility featuring a retail showroom, corporate offices, and a storage hub.

By establishing a permanent footprint in the strategic location of Cheras, BMS Holdings expects to strengthen its regional market presence while insulating itself against commercial risks such as rental rate hikes, lease non-renewals, or landlord constraints.

The company stated it will make further detailed announcements to Bursa Securities upon the execution of the definitive Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
