MN Holdings Berhad announced that the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between its wholly-owned subsidiary, MN Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd., and China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd., has officially expired upon the completion of its two-year term.
The underground utilities and substation engineering specialist stated that the MoU, which commenced on August 7, 2024, lapsed on August 6, 2026, and has accordingly ceased to have effect. The initial agreement was established to explore joint opportunities in data center and clean energy infrastructure projects across Malaysia.
MNHB confirmed that there were no material developments recorded pertaining to the collaboration during the entire tenure of the MoU.
