Inta Bina Group Berhad said it received a Letter of Award from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd for the construction of 61 units of three-storey terrace houses and one electrical substation.
The contract, valued at RM115.65 million, was awarded on a fixed completion period of 30 months. The project is scheduled to commence on 24 August 2026 and is expected to be completed and handed over to Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd by 23 February
The scope of works relates to the development of landed residential units within KL East, a strategic urban growth corridor located off the Middle Ring Road 2. The award reflects continued demand for quality residential developments in established and wellconnected locations within Kuala Lumpur, while further reinforcing Inta Bina’s presence in the Klang Valley construction market.
