Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) has officially rebranded the Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC) as the Selangor International Trade Centre (SITC), as part of its broader plan to transform and rejuvenate the Shah Alam city centre.
The rebranding forms part of the SA Sentral development in Section 14 expanding the the event venue into a more dynamic, competitive and future-oriented hub for trade and business.
PKNS said that SITC’s strategic location within the SA Sentral development is expected to strengthen its role within an integrated urban ecosystem incorporating business, commercial, social and community components in the heart of Shah Alam.
PKNS said the rebranding goes beyond a change in identity, reflecting its broader vision to maximise the potential of its strategic assets and strengthen Shah Alam and Selangor’s role in the regional and international trade landscape.
